These terms form an agreement between you and ScandicSales regarding use of the ScandicSales web application. By creating an account you accept these terms.
ScandicSales lets you record sales, define commission rates and follow your earnings in real time. Figures shown in the app are calculated from the rates and hours you enter and are for guidance only — your employer's payroll remains the authoritative source for what you are paid.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity in your account. Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other accounts, no reverse engineering, and no resale of the service without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
ScandicSales is currently provided free of charge for personal use. No payment card is required and no paid subscription starts when you create or use an account. If paid features are introduced later, we will present separate terms and obtain your agreement before charging you.
You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from Settings. We may discontinue the free service or change its features with reasonable notice where practical.
You keep all rights to the data you enter. We process it only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated personal data from Settings.
We work to keep the service available and secure, but availability is not guaranteed. Commission and salary figures are estimates based on your entries; keep any records you need for payroll or legal purposes elsewhere.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid by Norwegian law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost commission. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law, with Norwegian courts as the venue, without affecting consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. Questions: hello@scandicsales.com.
